Napa Wilderness Trail Runs takes place at Skyline Wilderness Park, located at 2201 Imola Ave, Napa, CA. The event offers multiple trail distances:

Course routes use park trails including the Rim Rock Trail, which features steep climbs and panoramic views of Napa Valley, Mount Diablo to the east, Mount Tamalpais to the west, and Mount Saint Helena to the north. Course maps and elevation charts are provided and may be updated; Strava routes are referenced for each distance.

Aid is provided at the start, finish, and at stations averaging every 5 to 9 miles. Aid stations are touchless; volunteers will pour fluids or place prepackaged snacks for runners. Nutrition partner brands and plant based options are provided. The event is cupless; runners must carry their own cup, bottle, or hydration bladder.

Completion cutoffs are stated per distance: 10k four hours, 21k six hours, 30k eight hours, 50k ten hours. The 50k requires completing the 30k loop within six hours to continue to the final loop. A 40 mile option is listed as on hold with its own time conditions.

Parking fee is $6 and is included with race registration for park entry via the south gate overflow lot. Dogs are allowed in start/finish and camping areas but are not permitted on trails.
