Napa Wilderness Trail Runs at Skyline Wilderness Park

The event takes place on May 15, 2027 at Skyline Wilderness Park, 2201 Imola Ave, Napa, CA. It is organized by Bay Trailrunners and offers multiple trail race distances with course maps and elevation data published in advance.

Distances

• 50K approximately 32.4 miles with ~6,700 ft elevation gain.
• 30K approximately 18.2 miles with ~4,000 ft elevation gain.
• 21K approximately 13.9 miles with ~2,600 ft elevation gain.
• 10K approximately 6.1 miles with ~1,300 ft elevation gain.

The course includes new trail sections through Napa Open Space and significant climbing on the Rim Rock Trail, with long views from the summit toward Mount Diablo, Mount Tamalpais, and Mount Saint Helena. Aid stations are typically spaced every 5 to 9 miles and will serve packaged food, Skratch and Cure Hydration, and GU gels with plant based options. Note a roughly 7 mile section with only a water stop on the 30K and 50K courses; runners should carry sufficient water and nutrition.

Logistics: a $6 parking fee is included in registration and all participants must enter via the South Gate overflow lot. There are no restrooms on course; porta potties are located at the start/finish. The event is cupless so participants must bring their own cup, bottle, or hydration system.
