Course and logistics

Courses use park trails including Rim Rock Trail; some sections include steep uphill running and valley views. Aid stations are placed roughly every 5 to 9 miles and are operated touchless - volunteers will pour fluids or place prepackaged snacks for runners to pick up. Plant-based options are available. The 30K and 50K include a roughly 9-mile section served by a water-only stop; runners should carry extra water and nutrition for that section. The event is cupless; runners must bring their own cup, bottle, or hydration bladder.

Completion time limits are: 10K - 4 hours; 21K - 6 hours; 30K - 8 hours; 50K - 10 hours. Results are posted within 72 hours after the event. Camping, restrooms, and showers are available at the park through park services. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
