Myponga Loop

Myponga, Australia • 31 May 2026

Course Information

The Myponga Loop offers three distances. The Long Course is a circumnavigation of the Myponga Reservoir, using trails not normally open to the public and crossing the dam wall while it is closed to traffic. The Short Course uses the established trails of the Myponga Reservoir Reserve. The Kids' Dash is on a flat, groomed path.

Participants can run, jog, or walk any distance as long as they finish by the 11:00 AM cutoff time. The long course is not suitable for prams or wheelchairs. The short course, on groomed trails, is suitable for prams and wheelchairs but has some hills.

Event Details

Bib collection, bag drop, and refreshments are located in a fenced paddock adjacent to the Myponga Reservoir Reserve on Hansen Street. The bag drop is unmanned during the event. Results are available online after finishing, with electronic timing provided by transponder tags on race bibs.
