Muddy Dash is an outdoor obstacle event held at the Virginia Motorsports Park in North Dinwiddie, Virginia. The course spans several miles and features approximately 12 "Muddy Moments" where participants must navigate through various obstacles. These challenges involve running, walking, crawling, wading, slipping, and sliding through terrain designed to get participants dirty.

The mud pits throughout the course are designed to be no deeper than waist-deep, ensuring that swimming is not required to complete the obstacles. This event focuses on the experience rather than athletic competition, as the course is not timed. Participants are encouraged to wear costumes while moving through the mud.

Registration options include a value tier and a VIP tier. All registered participants receive a race bib, a finisher medal, and access to the post-race party. The VIP registration adds amenities such as a specialized tour t-shirt, a towel, a drawstring bag, sunglasses, and a temporary tattoo.
