The mud pits are designed to be no deeper than waist height, and the event is non-timed, focusing on the experience rather than competition.

Participants can choose between different registration tiers. The standard registration includes a race bib, a finisher medal, access to the mud pits, and admission to the post-race party. A VIP option is also available, which adds a tour t-shirt, towel, drawstring bag, sunglasses, and other themed items.
