Mud Monsters Run is an outdoor obstacle event held in the Sussex countryside near East Grinstead at Stuart Way, RH19 4RR, about five minutes from the town centre. The course runs across muddy fields and woods and includes steep hills, river crossings, mud craters and deep bogs, with multiple man-made obstacles placed along the route.

The event offers three distance options:

• 3 km Mini Monster lap for ages 10 and above.
• 5 km standard lap for ages 12 and above.
• 10 km two laps of the 5 km course.

Age and supervision rules are specified: the 3 km Mini Monster is for ages 10 plus, with participants under 16 required to run with an adult; 12 to 15 year olds may run the 5 km only while accompanied by an adult. Spaces on the 3 km route and family places are limited.

Every finisher receives a free medal and runners get free downloadable photos from multiple photo points. Onsite parking is available for a fee of £5 per car. Spectator entry is free.
