Maps and GPX files are provided to entrants about four weeks before the race. The organiser issues competitor tracking devices with SOS capability.

Entry is limited to 20 race-only competitors, with an additional allowance of 20 ALBION competitors (maximum 40). Entrants must be 20 years or over on the start day. The race is cup-free; competitors must carry a reusable cup.
