Riverina Trails - Mt. Baranduda

Round 3 of the Riverina Trail Running Series returns to Victoria. The event is described as a "mountain stage" and a "hidden gem of the region."

Two distances are offered.

  • Long Course: 16.3 km with ±845 m of elevation gain. This course tackles a rugged climb to the Mt Baranduda Ridge Track.
  • Short Course: 6.9 km with ±225 m of elevation gain. This is described as a more flowing alternative.

The course terrain includes sweeping farmland, technical trails, and a descent. An aid station at approximately 11.5 km provides water, fruit, and lollies. Parking is available at the location, and coffee and pastries will be available at the start/finish area.
