Event Overview

The 5K Foam Fest is an obstacle course fun run held at Gateway Lakes on Gateway Island. The course features over 25 obstacles, including mud pits, foam stations, and an inflatable waterslide. Participants can complete the course at their own pace, and all obstacles are optional.

Participation and Age Requirements

Children aged 6 and under are not permitted on the 5k course. However, they can access a dedicated fun zone featuring a mini inflatable obstacle course and a bounce house. This area requires adult supervision.

Spectator and Group Information

Spectators may enter the festival area, beer garden, and vendor section for free. For groups of 10 or more people, corporate and group rates are available.
