Beechworth Beer Run
The Beechworth Beer Run is a trail running event held on Saturday 3 October 2026 in and around Beechworth. The event features multiple distances that run along the Indigo Trail and local single track, with digital mapping available via AllTrails and downloadable GPX files.
The main runs described are:
- 30km Full Pint - point-to-point from Yackandandah to Beechworth.
- 15km Half Pint - loop out and back to Lake Sambell.
- 5km Quencher - short course on local trails.
- 2.5km Kids Cordial Cruze - a short run for children with cordial at aid stations.
Aid stations on the 30km and 15km courses include non-alcoholic beer at a surprise station and finishers of those distances receive a free beer redeemable at the finish. Redeemable beers are only offered to people aged 18 or over; underage participants receive soft drink or cordial at aid stations. Water, Tailwind and cordial for children are provided on selected courses. Finish medals are mentioned for the 30km Full Pint.
The event includes a refund policy stating no refunds beyond midnight 1 September 2026; refunds before that date are available less an administration fee.
