Kwat Kwat Trail Run is a trail running event held in the Warby Ranges area and based at Booths Winery. The event is organized by Chasing Trails and takes place in August. Multiple race distances run on single track and fire trail through the winery landscape and nearby ranges.

Race distances and event details

• 2 km - Kids Run
• 6 km - Cellar Trail Run
• 12 km - Heritage Trail Run
• 25 km - Alpine Views Trail Run
• 50 km - Kwat Kwat Ultra

Elevation gain and race rules vary by distance: the 6 km has about 180 m elevation gain, the 12 km about 380 m, the 25 km about 800 m, and the 50 km about 1600 m. Minimum ages apply for each distance; younger children may run if accompanied by a parent or guardian. The 25 km and 50 km require a mandatory selfie at Kwat Kwat lookout. Cut-off times are listed for some distances (for example 6 hours for 25 km and 10 hours for 50 km); some shorter distances have no cut-off. Prize money is offered for male and female categories at selected distances. On-site food and drink include wood fired pizza, BBQ, Booths Winery wines, and craft beer from Black Dog Brewery.
