The MoRun Southampton is a running event that takes place on Sunday, 15 November 2026 at Southampton Common. The event supports the Movember charity.

Distances

Participant Information

The event hub and registration are located inside Southampton Common, near the playground. Registration opens at 8:00 AM. There is limited parking within the park, so participants are advised to arrive early and plan their journey. Bag storage is available but space is limited. Toilets are located in the event hub.

Course Details

The course runs through Southampton Common and is a mix of paths and trails, with some grass sections. The route is described as undulating. The 5 km route is one lap, the 10 km route is two laps, and the half marathon route consists of an initial 1.1 km loop followed by four full laps.

What Participants Receive

All finishers receive a medal and a headband. Water and snacks are provided at the finish line. There are bonus medals awarded for various categories, such as fastest runner or best fancy dress.

Charity

Single lap trail races in the Meon Valley from Queen Elizabeth Country Park offering 16 mile, marathon and 50km options with marked routes, aid stations and mandatory fluid carriage.

Guided 30 mile trail run from Harting Down along the South Downs Way, visiting Beacon Hill, Cocking Down and Kingley Vale. Presented as suitable for first time ultra runners, run at a group pace with practical support and route guidance.
