The course follows public footpaths through the Hampshire countryside, featuring rolling hills and 190 meters of elevation gain. The route includes scenic views and some short sections of single-track path. There is no time limit for completion.

A Kids Colour Dash is also held. This is a short, non-competitive run for children aged 4 to 12 around the local recreation ground. Participants get covered in colourful, EN-certified powder made from organic materials. Eye protection is provided and mandatory for this event.
