The event takes place at Froyle Village, Ryebridge Lane, Lower Froyle, Alton GU34 4LG (What3Words: ///chip.mull.petrified). The village hall will sell cakes, tea and coffee. Attendees may bring a picnic blanket to sit on the recreation ground.

Kids Colour Dash

The Kids Colour Dash is for ages 4 to 12 and involves two laps of the recreation ground with multiple colour stations. Eye protection is mandatory and will be provided. Organic, UK-manufactured throwing powder is used; it is made from natural dyes, is gluten-free and EN Certified. Children with asthma should consider wearing a mask. All children must have an online waiver completed before running. Finishers receive a medal, mini race numbers are used, and free event photography is available. Old clothing is recommended.

Froyle 10K Trail

The 10K route starts at the recreation ground and runs through fields, woodlands and country paths, including an uphill section and a downhill finish. The course is waymarked and supported by on-course marshals. Safety provisions include medic services, toilets, and water stations located halfway and at the finish. A bespoke medal is provided to finishers; extra prizes are listed for the first male and first female finishers. Free race photos are provided.

Sustainability and volunteering

The event promotes shoe recycling, cupless water stations, waste reduction, sustainable medals and car sharing. Volunteer roles are available to support race-day operations. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
