Moreau Half

The Moreau Half is a trail half marathon held at Moreau Lake State Park in Gansevoort, NY. The start and finish are located at the park beach. Registration opens January 30, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET; registrations received by October 18 are guaranteed a shirt.

The course covers roughly 14 miles with about 2700 feet of elevation gain across winding, technical singletrack. The route is fully marked and includes one aid station at Bonita Lake, located about six miles into the race. Organizers describe the route as a tour of the park trail system and note it uses mountain singletrack terrain.
