Monkey Butt Mayhem

Monkey Butt Mayhem takes place in Gordonville, Texas at the Juniper Point Trailhead along the Cross Timbers Hiking Trail. The race is a time-based event offering 3- or 6-hour options, with a strict entrant cap of 60 participants. The course features the famous Monkey Butt Hill—a 0.1-mile climb that gains 100 feet, followed by a gentler descent on a 1/3-mile loop.

Runners complete as many loops as possible in the allotted time, moving counter-clockwise. Crewing is encouraged and spectators can stay near the water’s edge.
