Registration, packet pickup, awards and policies

Early packet pickup is scheduled the day before the event at Talk of the Table; race morning packet pickup is also offered beginning one hour before the race. Entry fees vary by registration period, with lower preview and early rates and higher late and race-day rates. Participants registered by late May are guaranteed a race shirt in their size; afterwards shirts and other swag are available while supplies last. The event will issue finisher medals (limited supply) and awards for Top 3 Overall M/F, Top 3 Masters (40+), Grand Master (50+), Senior Master (60+), and Top 3 in five-year age groups. Virtual participants may submit results through the end of race day and virtual packages will be shipped the Monday after the event to continental US addresses.
