The Miccosukee Glades Runner Ultra, held at the Miccosukee Indian Village along the Everglades National Park Shark Valley loop, offers three pavement-only distances: 5K, 16.5 miles, and 50K. The course winds through the Florida Everglades atmosphere, with on-course support from race monitors and tribal police and aid stations throughout. Distances are designed to accommodate all levels, finishing with a Miccosukee Glades Runner finisher’s medal, a race shirt, and a runner goodie bag, plus post-race food. Spectator-friendly activities include a live alligator show and village happenings. The event is hosted by the Miccosukee Tribe and features a first responders discount.
