The Miccosukee Glades Runner takes place on March 14, 2026, at the Miccosukee Indian Village in Miami, FL (500 US Route 41, Miami, FL 33194). The Miccosukee Tribe of Florida hosts the event, which is billed as the 2nd Annual Glades Runner Ultra. Races begin and finish at the Miccosukee Village next to Shark Valley at Tamiami Station. All course miles incorporate the Shark Valley loop and are run on pavement; ultramarathon runners will also use sections of Loop Road. On-course support includes fully stocked aid stations, water stops, race monitors and tribal police.

Entry fees listed on the event page are $40 for the 5K, $125 for the 16.5-mile race, and $195 for the 50K. Prices increase after October 31, 2025 at 11:59pm EDT. Finishers receive a Miccosukee Glades Runner finisher medal; the event also provides a race shirt, a runner goodie bag and food at the finish.
