Mermaid Trail Run - Huddart Park, Woodside

This trail running event takes place at Huddart Park in Woodside on November 7, 2026. The course uses single-track trails through redwoods with notable elevation changes; some sections are steep and may require hiking or walking. Aid stations along the course provide water, an electrolyte drink, and snack bars. Participants are advised to carry at least 20 ounces of water.

Packet pickup is at Huddart Park (100 Kings Mountain Road) on race day; photo identification is required to collect packets. Parking at the park is limited and costs $6 cash per car; there is no parking on Kings Mountain Road or along the main road entering the park. Dogs are not allowed inside the park.

All participants receive a post-race pancake breakfast. SWAG selections can be customized during registration; opting out of items reduces the entry fee by specified amounts. Youth participants receive a 20% discount. The event uses chip timing with the timing chip attached to the bib. Awards are offered to female overall and female age-group finishers; male participants are eligible for finisher items but not awards.
