Black Hill 10K (2026)
The Black Hill 10K is a trail race held at Black Hill Regional Park in Boyds, Maryland. The event was introduced in 2009 and takes place on natural trails that include rocks, roots, and uneven surfaces. A course map is provided by the organizer.
The race is part of the Montgomery County Road Runners Club (MCRRC) low-key race series. It is free for MCRRC members who have signed up for a 2026 bib and chip; members who need a new chip are asked to bring a $5 deposit. Non-members may register for a fee; current online prices are $22 for participants 18 and over and $11.60 for participants under 18. Online registration remains open through the start of the event, and bib and chip pickup is handled on race morning near the start area.
The venue address is 20930 Lake Ridge Drive, Boyds, MD 20841, and event signage directs participants to picnic shelter J. The event is staffed by volunteers from MCRRC. For non-member registrations that cannot be used, the organizer can move the registration to another MCRRC low-key event rather than issuing a refund.
