May Hill Massacre

May Hill Massacre is a trail running event held on 30th and 31st January 2027 at Leaf Creative, Huntley, Gloucestershire, GL19 3EX. The event runs on cross country terrain around May Hill and includes multiple route options.

The main course is a 7 to 8 mile cross country route that includes steep climbs up May Hill, muddy trails, and an open plain at the top of the hill. The route passes through varied ground and offers scenic views from higher ground.

  • 14 to 15 mile May Hill Mayhem (Sunday extra loop)

A canicross race is also offered alongside the foot races. Entries are open and places are limited. Participants collect race numbers and timing chips from registration on the day. There are toilets on site but no showers.

For safety there is a cutoff of one hour to reach the water station at approximately four miles; participants who do not meet this cutoff will be transported back to the start.
