Races, course and registration
The meet will include three separate races: a women's race, a masters men's race, and an open men's race. Each race uses the same course and is listed at 4.1 miles following a recent shortening from 4.2 miles. The 2025 course returns to the layout used in 2022 and earlier, with a slight routing change on the west end because of trail erosion near the water. The route begins on a large grass field and includes grass, dirt, and paved-path footing.
