Logistics, safety and inclusions

A cut-off policy requires runners to reach the first water station, at approximately 4 miles, within one hour. Water stations are provided on the course. Ample free parking is available on the seafront and Seaford railway station and local bus stops are about a five-minute walk from the event area. The organiser states that any surplus after event expenses in 2026 will be split equally between Rockinghorse Children’s Charity, St Wilfrid’s Hospice (Eastbourne) and Rotary Martello Seaford. Included for entrants are a bespoke medal, on-course water stations and free event photos (available on the event Facebook page).
