The event is held at Hardy Farm, which serves as the race headquarters. Facilities on-site include toilets and changing rooms. Parking is available for 75 cars at Hardy Farm on a first-come, first-served basis, with additional parking located at Sale Water Park and around Chorlton Water Park.

A well-stocked aid station is provided throughout the day, featuring a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options such as bananas, dates, sweets, and cake. All profits from the event are distributed to Save The Rhino and other local charities. All finishers receive a bespoke medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
