Malham 10k Trail Race

The Malham 10k Trail Race is the third race in the Due North Trail Trilogy, scheduled for 5 September 2026. The course starts and finishes at Malham Show Field (BD23 4DA) and passes through Malham Cove and Malham Tarn, including a climb to Weets Top followed by a long descent with open views.

The event uses a partially way marked course. Drinks stations will provide water and juice; competitors must bring a cup or bottle because cups are not provided at the drinks stations. A post-race meal (pie, soup, or similar), a bottle of beer, Due North merchandise, and sponsor goodies are included. Free car parking is available and there is a toilet block with male and female toilets in the race field.

Minimum age to compete is 17. Minimum kit requirements include a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves, and a mobile phone with the race day number stored together with a location app such as OS Locate or ViewRanger. Prize giving will include awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd male and female, open and non-binary categories, and first places in V40, V50, V60 and V70+ age groups.
