The Malham 10k Trail Race is the third event in the Due North Trail Trilogy. The course starts and finishes at Malham Show Field (BD23 4DA) and passes notable local landmarks including Malham Cove and Malham Tarn. The route includes a climb to Weets Top followed by a long descent with scenic views.

The event is a partially way marked trail course. On course provisions include drinks stations offering water and juice. Post race provisions include a meal such as pie or soup, a bottle of beer, Due North merchandise and additional goodies from race sponsors. Free car parking is available at the venue and a toilet block with male and female toilets is provided in the race field.

Runners must be at least 17 years old on the event date. Minimum kit requirements include a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves, a cup or bottle for water since cups are not provided at drinks stations, and a mobile phone with the race day number stored plus a location app such as OS Locate or ViewRanger. Prize giving offers awards for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in male, female and open and non binary categories, and for age categories V40, V50, V60 and V70 plus. A summer evening five mile race from Halton Mill in Lancaster following the river Millennium path, meadows and a technical single track. Entries open in April with fees that differ for affiliated and unaffiliated runners, minimum age 16.

A traditional old English sports meeting on 28 May 2026 for all ages, with prize money and gate entries. Published fees of £6 for adults and £4 for children appear alongside a note that entries are free.

Scenic 5K, 10K and half marathon options in Bingley organised by Its Grim Up North Running, with finishers receiving a jumble medal plus hot food and a drink. Online places have sold out but places on the day are available.

Test yourself on a scenic fell course in the South West Pennines near Kelbrook, 5.5 km with 213 m of climb. On the day entry only, £7, with £2 parking at The Old Barn. Teams welcome and minimum age 16; no junior races.
