Malham 10k Trail Race

The Malham 10k Trail Race takes place in Malham village and is the third race in the Due North Trail Trilogy. The route runs through Malham Cove and Malham Tarn and includes a climb to Weets Top followed by a long descent. The event is based at Malham Show Field, BD23 4DA.

The race distance is 10 km on a partially way marked trail course. Drinks stations provide water and juice. A post-race meal such as pie or soup is included, along with a bottle of beer, Due North merchandise and goodies from race sponsors. Free car parking is available and a toilet block with male and female toilets is provided in the race field. Runners must register at the tent in the car park to collect their race number.

Minimum kit requirements include a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves, and a cup or bottle for water since cups are not provided at the drinks stations. Runners are required to carry a mobile phone with the race day contact number stored and a location app such as OS Locate or ViewRanger.

Minimum age for entry is 17. Entry fees are £25 for UKA/TRA affiliated runners and £27 for unaffiliated runners. A discount of £7.50 per entry is available when entering all three events in the series. Prizes are awarded for top finishers across overall, non-binary, and age-category positions.
