Malham 10k Trail Race

The Malham 10k Trail Race takes place on Saturday 5 September 2026 and is the third race in the Due North Trail Trilogy. The route starts and finishes at Malham Show Field in Malham village (BD23 4DA) and passes Malham Cove and Malham Tarn. The course includes a climb to Weets Top followed by a long descent.

Event details

The advertised distance is 10 km. Entries open 6 September 2025 and close 1 September 2026. Entry fees are listed as £25 for UKA members and £27 for non-members; a discount of £7.50 per entry is offered when entering all three events in the series. The minimum age is 17.

The course is partially way marked. Drinks stations provide water and juice; runners should bring a cup or bottle as cups are not provided at the drinks stations. Included with entry are a post-race meal (pie, soup or similar), a bottle of beer, Due North merchandise, sponsor goodies and free car parking. A toilet block with male and female toilets is available at the race field. Runners are required to register at the tent in the car park to collect race numbers. Minimum kit requirements include a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves, and a mobile phone with the race-day number stored and a location app such as OS Locate or ViewRanger.
