The Magnolia Magic River Trail Run is scheduled for Saturday, April 11, 2026. The event starts at the Magnolia Ranch Trail Head on Coloma Rd in Pilot Hill, California. There is a 9-hour overall time limit.

Course Details

The course is described as featuring rolling hills with lots of ups and downs. The surface consists of dirt, rocks, and single-track trail, with as little pavement as possible. The event takes place in Cronan Ranch.

The course is marked with pink ribbons, signs on wooden stakes, and gypsum powder on the ground. Bib colors correspond to distance groups: yellow for marathon and 50K, red for 13M, and black for 5K and 7.4M.

Amenities and Logistics

Three fully loaded aid stations will be open on the course. There is parking available, though carpooling is encouraged as there is a day-use fee. Portable toilets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

All runners receive a commemorative medal. Professional photographs are taken by volunteer photographers and posted online. A sport-tek technical fabric shirt is available for purchase during registration or at the event. Active military and first responders receive a 15% discount upon request.
