Lula Last Person Standing
Lula Last Person Standing is a trail-format endurance event held at Another Round Lula in Lula, Georgia. The format uses repeated 5K loops with approximately 100 ft of elevation gain per loop; each loop must be completed within 45 minutes. Runners continue to the next loop until they stop or no longer meet the loop cutoff. Separate male and female divisions are listed for the Last Person Standing competition. An average pace of about 14:20 minutes per mile is required to complete each loop on time. Short recovery time between loops can be used for fueling, hydration, and rest.
The event listing designates a long-distance trail race distance and milestone awards are given for intermediate and extended totals.
