Logan Peak Trail Run

The Logan Peak Trail Run is a mountain trail marathon held in Logan, Utah, on June 20, 2026. The route covers the marathon distance on a predominantly lollypop course that traverses terrain around Logan Peak, passing through Logan Dry Canyon and Providence Canyon. The course includes sustained climbing and a total elevation gain of over 6600 ft, with varied trail surfaces and habitat typical of the Cache Valley area.

Start and finish are located at Hyrum Gibbons Mt. Logan Park, 1400 E 350 S, Logan, UT 84321. The event is presented by new owners and race directors; one director is a long-time participant who has also served as an aid captain, and the other will be present on course and at the finish to document the race.

Registration closes June 19, 2026. Partial refunds are available prior to June 1, 2026; the organizer issues a $50 refund via Venmo. If the event fills, entrants on the waitlist who receive an invitation to register have 48 hours to respond before the spot is offered to the next person.

The event notes that the elevation gain and loss make the marathon roughly comparable to many 50K races and that the course provides extensive uphill and downhill sections across mountain trails. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
