The Turquoise Lake 20K is a loop course around Turquoise Lake in Leadville, CO, with the venue at Matchless Boat Ramp. The course is run clockwise and combines paved road and single-track trail surfaces. The first 6.5 miles are on hilly paved road. The final 5.5 miles are on single-track dirt trail.

Proceeds benefit Leadville youth athletics and recreation, including local programs such as Children’s Fishing Day and the Nordic team.

Registration has a stated closing date of May 30 at 11:59 PM MT. Entry fees listed are $40 for adults and free for participants 17 and under.

Parking near the lake is extremely limited and participants are asked to car pool. Rocky Mountain Recreation charges a day-use fee per vehicle at Turquoise Lake; the published fee is $11. Vehicles already staying in a Rocky Mountain Recreation managed campground in the area are not required to pay the day-use fee when a campground hang-tag is displayed.
