Le Trail du Mont Sutton
Le Trail du Mont Sutton takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026 at Mont Sutton, 671 Maple Street, Sutton, Quebec. The start and finish are located at the base of the ski area; free parking is available. The event happens during the autumn festival and is presented as family oriented and inclusive.
Four routes are offered:
- 1 km Le Brise-glace - 58 m, for children 12 and under, walking allowed.
- 5 km Le Satisfait - 190 m, ages 6 and up, walking allowed.
- 10.6 km L'Endurant - 410 m, ages 16 and up, race only.
- 20.3 km Le Crinqué - 1 072 m, ages 18 and up, race only, participants must be self-sufficient in water.
All courses are marked, secured, and timed. Water points are available on all distances; aid stations are provided for the 5 km, 10 km and 21 km. Kilometer markers are installed along the routes.
Services on site include a snack for participants, change rooms and toilets. Separate men's and women's podiums with medals by age category are awarded for each distance except the 1 km; participation medals are given for the 1 km. There is no overall podium and no prize money.
Regular fees listed are $15 for 1 km, $60 for 5 km, $80 for 10 km and $110 for 21 km. A STQ season pass is offered, limited to 100 passes per distance, allowing access to up to eight events of the same distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
