Lakeside Loops 5K and 10K

Lakeside Loops is a trail event at Stony Creek Metropark in Shelby Township, Michigan, held on July 8, 2026. The event uses Eastwood Beach as the main gathering area and the location for post-event activities, including a cookout.

Included with registration are a soft participant shirt or tank while supplies last, a finisher medal, chip timing, marked trails through the park, and age group awards in running categories. The ruck division is intended as community-focused rather than competitive; there are no weigh-ins, no running awards other than a ruck patch, and recommended minimum weights are 20 lb for men and 10 lb for women.
