L100 Recce 2: Ambleside - Coniston takes place on Saturday 17 January 2026. Logistics

Registration for this recce is restricted to competitors who have been confirmed a place in the Lakeland 100 or 50 for 2026. Entries open 25 September 2025 and close 15 January 2026. Minimum age is 18 on the event date. The entry fee is £30. The fee includes coach transport, medical support and basic refreshments at checkpoints. Full kit is required as per the event route requirements and there are cut off times at checkpoints; participants must ensure they can meet those cut offs before starting. Take on Orrest Sun Up in Windermere on Sun 21 Dec 2025, a bracing one mile climb to Orrest Head with stunning Lake District views. Entry on the day from The Phoenix Centre is £5 with donations supporting local community charities.
