Lake Manchester Trails is a trail running event on Sunday 16 August 2026 at Lake Manchester, QLD 4306, just west of Mount Crosby. The event is organised by the Trail Running Association of Queensland (TRAQ). Entrance and parking are 300 m past the Lake Manchester Reserve entrance. Drive time from Mt Coot-tha / Western Freeway is about 35–40 minutes in light traffic.

Course and race services

The 23 km course follows the western side of the lake, loops clockwise at the far end with four river crossings, then returns along the western shoreline. The 10 km follows the same route to the log cabin and returns. The 5 km runs up past the dam along the west side and returns on the same route. The 1 km kids course is revealed at race briefing.

There are water stops at approximately 5 km, 7 km and 11 km. The 10 km has one water stop; the 23 km has five water stops. Limited food is available at the 11 km checkpoint. Organisers operate a no-disposable-cup policy; bring a reusable or collapsible cup or bottle. Tailwind electrolytes are available on course. A paramedic and first aid kits are on site.
