Logistics and rules

Chip timing uses the MyLaps BibTag system; the race bib contains the timing chip and must be worn visibly on the front during the event. The aid station will be cup-less and will offer standard items plus soups, broths, and warm options; participants should bring a refillable cup. Crews, tents, and canopies are allowed on the infield; dogs are permitted in the parking lot but not on the track; pacers are not allowed. Drop bags are permitted, though a no-aid zone exists near the start/finish area. To receive a finisher award a runner must complete at least 50K in their event; awards are also given to the top three in each event. Participants receive a T-shirt and a coffee mug; a doubl er award is available for those who run both this event and the Heat Wave 6/12/24.
