KUS 24 Hour Run
Marquette, United States • 14-15 Nov 2026
KUS 6/12/24 Hour Run
The event offers multiple timed running events in Marquette, KS at the Wolverine Sports Complex, 310 Harold St. Options include 24 hour, 12 hour day, 6 hour day, 12 hour night, and 6 hour night events.
The course is a one mile loop with a primarily six foot wide crushed limestone path and a small section over grass. The route is roughly half in trees and half in open areas. One aid station is located at the start/finish of each loop and will provide standard aid station items plus soups, broths, and warm options at night. The event is cup-less, so participants should bring a refillable container. Shared food items are permitted in a designated area.
Crews, tents, and canopies are allowed in marked areas near the finish of the loop. Dogs are allowed in the parking lot but are not permitted on the course. Pacers are not allowed. Drop bags and personal chairs may be set up just prior to the start/finish area.
Chip timing is used and the race bib contains the timing chip. Runners must wear the bib visibly and cross the timing mat at the start of the first lap of their event. After finishing, participants should remove the bib to prevent extra lap counts.
Participants receive a belt buckle finisher award and distance specific magnetic banners for certain thresholds. A long sleeve tech shirt is provided for those registered before October 23, 2026. Registration closes on Nov 6, 2026 at 11:59 PM CT.
Age rules and policies: runners under 18 must have a parent or guardian present. Walking is permitted and only completed laps count. Campers and tents may be kept in the parking area. Refunds are not available but entries may be deferred one time. In case of lightning, participants will be directed to shelter while the clock continues.
