Inflatable 5K - Kempton Park

The event takes place at Kempton Park Racecourse in Sunbury on Thames, Surrey on Saturday 3 October 2026. It is an inflatable obstacle course held on a 2.5 km lap that repeats for longer distances.

The course includes giant inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels. There are multiple music zones along the route. The event is non timed and provides a finisher's medal, a goodie bag and a refreshment drink. Water is available at a midpoint station. Toilets are provided on site and food and drink vendors will be present.

Participation and practical details: adults are classed as 16 and over. Children aged 5 to 15 must run with a participating paying adult at a 3 to 1 ratio. Dogs are not permitted. Parking is charged at £5 per car. A bag drop is available for £3 per bag with size limits and security searches. The organiser advises sensible running shoes and a long sleeve top and requests that participants avoid sharp objects.

Entry and group arrangements: tickets are available for individuals, family discounts for two adults and two children, and additional discounts for groups of five or more and for groups of fifteen or more. A 7 hour lap-based time challenge along the River Thames at Wraysbury with flexible self-paced distances from 3 km up to 50 km, signed course, aid stations, medals, goody bags including vegan options, and distance pins for longer efforts.

A 100 mile continuous Thames Path race from Richmond to Oxford, mostly on groomed trails and riverside paths. The route gains about 1 900 ft, includes aid stations and mandatory kit checks, and must be completed within 30 hours.
