Inflatable 5K - Kempton Park
The Inflatable 5K at Kempton Park Racecourse in Sunbury-on-Thames, Surrey takes place on Saturday 3 October 2026. The course is built from large inflatable obstacles, slides and tunnels arranged on a 2.5 km lap that is repeated for longer distances.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 2.5k, one lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k, two laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k, four laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k, six laps, 90 obstacles
The event is fun focused and non timed. Included for entrants are a finisher's medal, a goodie bag and a refreshing drink. Five music zones are located around the course and water is available at a midroute station. Toilets and food and drink vendors are provided on site.
Age and participation rules state adults are 16 and over, and children aged 5 to 15 must run with a paying participating adult at a 3 to 1 child to adult ratio. Dogs are not permitted. Spectators may use designated viewing areas and must stay off the marked course and obstacles.
Parking is charged at £5 per car and a bag drop is available for £3 per bag with size and content restrictions. Recommended kit includes sensible running shoes, a long sleeve top and a rain jacket if needed. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T shirt and a tote bag.
