Junkyard Dash 5K

Junkyard Dash 5K - Moorhead, MN

The Junkyard Dash 5K is the ninth annual 5K run/walk held in Moorhead, Minnesota. The route is an accurately measured 5-kilometer course that uses local city streets and the path along the Red River. The start and finish are located at the JUNKYARD Brewing Company.

Chip timing is available and a display clock will show times. Registered participants receive a custom race t-shirt, a Junkyard Brewing Company glass, a free beer and additional treats at the brewery. There will be prize drawings at the brewery after the event.

Registration fees are listed with an early rate and a later rate: registration by July 23 is $34, and registration after July 23 is $39. Online registration closes the day before the event. There will not be race day registration. Day-of packet pickup takes place at the JUNKYARD Brewing Company starting at 5:30 PM.

The event is described as handicap friendly; manual and electric wheelchairs are welcome and participants using wheelchairs are asked to position themselves near the back for safety. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
