JBLM Down and Dirty Trail Run

The JBLM Down and Dirty Trail Run is scheduled for July 18, 2026 at Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA as part of the Fields of Friendly Strife events. The course is approximately a 3 mile trail with a series of obstacles that participants must go through, over, or under as they move along the route.

Entries are limited to the first 1,500 registrants. Waves will be released with 25 participants every five minutes; participants are asked to arrive at the start line about five minutes before their assigned wave and late arrivals will be asked to join the next available wave. Online registration closes July 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM. No refunds are available.

Registration fees are listed by affiliation and age: military affiliated adults pay $40 and 17 and under pay $20; non military affiliated adults pay $50 and 17 and under pay $25. Participants who register by July 5, 2026 are guaranteed an event t-shirt at packet pick up.

Packet pick up takes place in the parking lot at Soldiers Field House (3236 2nd Division Drive) on July 17 from 1100 to 1800 and on July 18 from 0730 to 0830. Packets include an event t-shirt, a custom medal, a race bib, and a ticket for a post-race beverage. Additional day of packet pick up and registration is available inside Wilson Sports and Fitness Center (11596 D Street and 41st Division Drive - Lewis North) on July 18.
