5K Fest

5K Fest is a 24 hour event made up of hourly group five kilometer runs. Participants may run between one and twenty four laps, alone or as part of a team, and choose how many laps to attempt during the event. A new lap begins every hour on the hour.

The course is set on the 18 acre Kearin Family Farm with additional mileage on the adjacent Fennel Creek Trail. The site includes space for camping and on site activities such as music, food, and games.

Packet pickup is held at Kearin Family Farm on race day. When a participant stops running for the day they receive a medal and a T shirt indicating how many 5Ks they completed at the event.

The festival runs across two days in mid August and takes place at Kearin Family Farm, 11315 Angeline Rd E, Bonney Lake, WA 98391. Some mapping services may show the location as Sumner instead of Bonney Lake.

The format supports a range of approaches: running a single 5K, running multiple individual laps with breaks between, or sharing laps with teammates to cover more distance collectively. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
