Freedom Ultra Festival - Bonney Lake, WA
The Freedom Ultra Festival is a multi-day ultrarunning festival held on private Kearin Family Farm with portions of the course on an adjacent trail system. Events use a looped course of approximately 3.2 miles per lap and a single large central aid station. Around 25% of the course is a mix of gravel, packed dirt, and grass while about 75% is paved trail. Free camping is available adjacent to the course beginning the day before the festival and continuing through the event.
All races run on the same looped course so runners remain close to Race HQ and aid. Lap distance will be finalized for race day to align event lengths with target distances. The festival includes both fixed-distance races and timed events; timed events measure the distance completed within their time limits.
Distances and listed total elevation gain for primary events:
- 100 Mile - 2,615 feet total elevation gain
- 100K - 1,621 feet total elevation gain
- 50 Mile - 1,307 feet total elevation gain
- 50K - 810 feet total elevation gain
- 24 Hour - timed event, distance measured by laps completed
