White River 50M/50K/25K
The event takes place on July 25, 2026 in Greenwater, WA, with the start and finish at Ranger Creek Campground (also called Buck Creek Recreation Area). The courses run on northwest forest trails and include ridge top sections and mostly single track trail.
Distances
- 50M 10,200 ft elevation gain and loss, 6 full service aid stations, course cutoff about 14.5 hours
- 50K 5,900 ft elevation gain and loss, 3 full service aid stations, cutoff about 12 hours
- 25K ~3,700 ft elevation gain and loss, 1 full service aid station, cutoff about 7 hours
Course notes describe the 50K following the 50M route for roughly the first 28 to 29.5 miles before returning to the finish. The 25K follows the common route to the Palisades and then drops down the Ranger Creek Trail back to the start/finish. The 50M includes long climbs and a substantial descent, with the final sections on single track through older northwest forest and technical footing.
Aid station and support rules: drop bags are allowed at most aid stations for the longer distances; crew access is permitted only at the Buck Aid Station (50M and 50K) and Skookum Aid Station (50M). The race is run cup less and participants are asked to bring their own cup, bottle, or hydration pack.
Camping is available at the start/finish campground on a first come first served basis and a parking pass is required for vehicles. GPX files and course maps are provided for each distance. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
