HSR Reset

HSR Reset is a day of movement, recovery, and community at Doxford Farm, Chathill, Northumberland on 7 February 2026. The event combines trail running with recovery activities and onsite food and drink in a countryside setting.

Participants can choose between trail run distances and join recovery sessions and facilities offered throughout the day. A shoe demo from Scott Sports and electrolyte drinks are available. Saunas and ice baths are provided for postrun recovery. Food and coffee vendors will operate onsite.

An ultra trail along the Northumberland coast from Bamburgh to Druridge Bay with two distances, 54 km and a new 27 km option. The route includes coastal landmarks, feed stations, mandatory kit requirements, and live chip timing.

A trail race featuring two ascents of Humbleton Hill. The 6.5-mile course includes 1500 feet of climb and is marked with flags. It starts and finishes at The Cheviot Centre in Wooler.

Trail runs around Alnwick Castle feature routes through Hulne Park and the Priory in two distances. The event uses live chip timing, includes a finisher medal and refreshments, and donates part of each entry to NE Youth.

A challenging fell race over 8km with 472m of ascent, part of the North East Championships. Entry is on the day, requiring mandatory safety gear. Prizes for the top finishers in a scenic location.
