Aid stations provide water, sports or electrolyte drink, and typical ultra food such as peanut butter and jelly, candy, pretzels, pickles, cookies and fruit. Crews and drop bags are permitted at specified aid stations for the 26k and 52k. No pacers are allowed. Hikers are welcomed in all distances. The event is Trail Sisters Approved.
