High Lodge 16k Guided Trail Run

This guided trail run covers 16k on woodland trails at High Lodge, Thetford Forest, Brandon, Suffolk IP27 0AF. The event is led at a conversational pace and focuses on enjoying the scenery, learning facts about the local forest, and receiving practical trail running tips.

The route is mostly flat with a couple of small hills. Participants are grouped by similar ability; runners may find they need to run at a slightly slower pace than usual. The session allows about 2.5 hours for the run, though actual duration depends on group ability. An optional cool down and stretching session is offered after the run.
