Participants can choose between different formats to accommodate various preferences and interests.

Course Options

Participants have the choice of two distinct course styles, both covering a 5k distance:

  • Obstacle 5k: A course featuring walls, low crawls, water sections, mud pits, Israeli sked pulls, and tire flips.
  • Paved 5k Run/Walk: A traditional route on the paved paths of Civic Park without any obstacles.
