Entry on the day is permitted; the on-day fee for seniors is £6.00. Junior races are held for U10, U12, U14 and U16; junior entry is £2, with online registration and payment on the day. Teams are not allowed. Kit requirements for seniors include full waterproof body cover, hat, gloves and a whistle. Junior kit requirements include a waterproof jacket, hat and gloves.
