The Head for the Hills Trail Race takes place on Saturday, October 18, 2025, at White Meadow Farms, 2519 Effingham Street, St. Catharines, ON, Canada. The race course runs through Shorthills Provincial Park. All proceeds go to the Brain Injury Association of Niagara.
Distances offered:
- 10 km Run
- 5 km Walk/Run
- 1 km Kids Run (for ages 4-12)
The 1 km Kids Run will be held on the White Meadow Farm property and finish in a supervised area until parents pick up their children. The 1K Survivor Walk is held on a gravel path and is mostly flat.
Registration, fundraising and awards
Online registration is open from July 18 to October 16, 2025. Example entry fees listed include $62.15 for the 10 km and 5 km events, and $24.03 for 1 km entries. Virtual options are available for several distances; virtual participants may not receive a t-shirt and virtual events do not have awards.
The event lists 32 participants and shows $448.78 raised for the Brain Injury Association of Niagara. T-shirts are available for participants who register before 11:59 pm on September 26, 2025.
