Haunted Hustle 5k & Monster Mile
Kids Without Cancer presents the Haunted Hustle 5k and Monster Mile on October 25, 2026 at ITC Community Sports Park in Northville. The event includes two running options and takes place at the park pavilion near the corner of 8 Mile and Napier.
Distances:
- 1 Mile Monster Mile for families and children
- 5k (3.1 Miles) Run/Walk on the paved ITC trail
The 5k is an out and back on the paved trail. Runners, walkers, strollers, and wagons are allowed; bicycles, skateboards, and rollerblades are not permitted. The park offers on-site restrooms, plenty of parking, and a playground near the start and finish.
Registration pricing is tiered: $30 through October 11 with a guaranteed shirt, $35 from October 12 to October 24 with shirts while supplies last, and $40 on race day. A household discount of 10 percent applies when registering three or more people from the same address.
All participants receive a race shirt, a finisher medal, a custom race bib, and post race refreshments. Awards are given to the overall male and female winners in both the 1 mile and the 5k. The race is professionally timed by the Michigan Running Foundation; results are available live at the event and delivered by text and online afterwards.
