Harvest Hustle - Prince George

Prince George, Canada • 17 Oct 2026

About the Event

The Harvest Hustle is the Prince George Road Runners' year-end event. It combines running with a social gathering to celebrate the season and remember fallen runners and friends from the community. This event was originally known as the Joe Kelly Memorial Run, honoring a friend and mentor who passed away in 2013.

Event Format

The event takes place on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Caledonia Nordic Ski Centre on 8141 Otway Road. PGRR run leaders guide participants on trail runs with three duration options:

  • 30 minutes
  • 1 hour
  • 2 hours

Start times are staggered so that all participants finish at the Otway Nordic Ski Centre at 11:00 AM. After the runs, a social gathering with pizza is held. Full PGRR members can also pick up their membership swag at this time.

Registration and Donations

Participation in the event is by donation. All proceeds go to the charity The Right to Play. Non-members are required to fill out an event waiver form prior to the run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
