The Hurt'n Bear is a trail race through the extensive Pidherny Recreation Site. It offers three distances, from a 5 km to a 21.3 km half marathon. Online registration is mandatory, and part of the proceeds support trail maintenance.

June 2026

Beat the Bugs is a scenic summer trail race offering 5 km and 10 km distances at the Caledonia Nordic Ski Centre. The 5 km route is flat and beginner-friendly, while the 10 km presents an intermediate challenge. Club members run for free.

September 2026

A grassroots community event on the famed Berg Lake Trail in Mount Robson Provincial Park. Choose from four distances, from a 5k to an ultra, all starting at the visitor centre. A free kids' run is also part of the day.

Blue Spruce is a trail race in the Forests for the World area. Participants can choose between 5km and 10km distances on gravel and dirt paths. The event includes a free kids race and is free for Prince George Road Runners members.
