Metahqua 24 in Chillicothe Ohio runs on a two mile loop with mixed single track and grass and offers youth 2 mile, 10k, 24 hour solo and relay, and a new 100 mile option with a 32 hour limit.

Trail runs at Battelle Darby Creek Metro Park offering 5k and 10k distances and supporting FLIP's cancer prevention work. The 5k is relatively flat and family friendly while the 10k finishes with a stair climb noted by local runners.
