The 5K is a single loop with 280 ft of elevation gain. The park covers about 310 acres of rolling woodlands and shoreline along Hargus Lake.

This is a trail and mixed-terrain event. The course will be marked with color-coded flags, cones, and arrows. There is one water station on the 1/2 Marathon and 10K route, and participants in the 1/2 Marathon will have aid station support at the start/finish before beginning the second loop.
