The Hargus Lake Trail Race takes place on May 30, 2026, at A.W. Marion State Park in Circleville, Ohio. The organizer offers multiple event formats on race day, including:

The 5K is a single loop with 280 ft of elevation gain. The park covers about 310 acres of rolling woodlands and shoreline along Hargus Lake.

This is a trail and mixed-terrain event. The course will be marked with color-coded flags, cones, and arrows. There is one water station on the 1/2 Marathon and 10K route, and participants in the 1/2 Marathon will have aid station support at the start/finish before beginning the second loop. Join The Big Deal at Great Seal State Park in Chillicothe, Ohio on May 2, 2026. Races range from youth 5k to 100 mile and take runners on rugged 20 mile single track loops with about 3000 feet of climb each.
