Harding Hustle - Cleveland National Forest, Silverado, CA
The Harding Hustle is a trail running event held in the Santa Ana Mountains within Cleveland National Forest near Silverado, California. The courses run primarily on the Harding Truck Trail jeep road and include sustained climbs and descents over forest service roads and peak access routes.
Distances offered:

- 15K : 9.2 miles, total elevation gain 2,088 feet
Aid stations are provided at multiple locations along the courses, including Laurel Springs and Maple Springs, and some stations are designated full aid. The 50K route reaches higher elevations on the approach to Santiago and Modjeska peaks. Cutoff rules and aid station leave times apply on each course.
Logistics note that parking is not allowed at Tucker Wildlife Sanctuary; a shuttle system is used for runner transport and runner dropoff is allowed as drop-and-go only. Due to remoteness, on-course crew support is not allowed and pacers are not permitted. Finish-line drop bags are accepted but on-course drop bags are not.
The event takes place in July and is run under typically hot and dry conditions. Organizers may require a minimum water carrying capacity and they recommend the ability to carry at least one liter between aid stations. Distances may vary slightly each year due to permitting.
