Tuscarora Half Ass 25K & 15K
The event is a pair of trail races near Newville, PA, routed through Colonel Denning State Park and adjacent Tuscarora State Forest. The courses use established park trails with early climbing and varied footing, and they share the same opening route before splitting.

The 15K covers a compact route with nearly 2,700 feet of elevation gain and features the valley view from Flat Rock Vista. The 25K continues beyond the 15K finish area for an additional loop, totaling over 4,000 feet of vertical gain and roughly 10 extra kilometers on the eastern side of the park.
Aid stations are placed at set mile markers on both courses. The 15K has aid at miles 1.75 (water only), 5, and 7.5. The 25K includes aid at miles 1.75 (water only), 5, 7.5, 9.25, 10.5, and 14.5. Stations provide water, an electrolyte option, and a mix of sweet, salty, and vegan options.
Registration is limited to 120 total participants under a permit; a waitlist will be used if capacity is reached and race-day entries may be offered only if the field is not full. Spectator access is limited on most of the course; Mile 9 near the start and finish area is noted as a spectator-friendly location.
